Pursuant to Section 9 of the Auditor General Act (the Act), the Auditor General, or a person appointed by the Auditor General under the Act, must keep in confidence all information obtained in the exercise of a power or in the performance of a duty and must not communicate this information to any person except in accordance with the Act. The documents on this website were created by the Office of the Auditor General of British Columbia under the Auditor General Act and they will remain confidential. 

In accordance with Subsection 3(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, this document and any other record that is created by or for, or is in the custody or control of the Office for the exercise of the Office’s functions are not subject to disclosure under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.  If you receive a request under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act for this document or any of the information created by or for the Auditor General’s Office please refer the request to the Auditor General’s Office for consideration.  Thank you.
